Life is a unifying journey

While studying in a Christian school, I was repeatedly reminded to cherish my body. The teacher often cited:

1 Corinthians 1:6-19, which reads, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own."

As a child, I was more insightful than I am now. I used to wake up at 6 am to run, take a shower, have a balanced breakfast, and start studying according to my own schedule by 9 am. After 6 pm, I would not eat anything except for drinking water and would sleep at 10 pm. I played basketball and went swimming a few times a week, and took a part-time job on weekends. Such habits helped me excel academically, and I achieved remarkable grades, such as 9 A 2 B in Form Five and 2 A 2 B in A-level. (I will elaborate more on the study methods later.)

However, since entering university, my mentality seems to have changed a bit. Perhaps I did not want to appear too serious and rigid to others, or perhaps it is just a phase of life. Since entering the workforce, I have not taken care of my body as much as I should have. I have developed habits of smoking, drinking, and staying up late.

After experiencing a major romantic setback, I stumbled upon the exploration of spirituality. I began meditating, listening to online divination, and never got lost in these processes. Especially once, when I harbored a thought of cursing someone, a voice in my head loudly scolded me, "We are one!"

Yes, I remembered the Buddhist story I used to hear as a child. We are just reflections of each other in our minds. Meeting each other means that we are both attracted to each other, just like eating at the same table in the same school but practicing individually. Therefore, cursing someone with evil thoughts is actually cursing ourselves. Since then, the concept of "we are one" has been deeply ingrained in my heart. I began to see many concepts of human destiny as a community, and the sound therapy is actually raising the frequency of people, and self-cultivation can also benefit people around us in raising their frequencies.

When we were young, didn't we all hear this Buddhist story? We are all just mirrors of each other, and when we meet, it's because we are mutually attracted. We are all just students in the same school, practicing on our own. Therefore, cursing others with evil thoughts is actually cursing ourselves. From this moment on, the concept of "we are one" deeply ingrained in my heart, and I began to see many concepts of humanity as a shared community, sound healing as a way to raise everyone's frequency, and how our own practice can benefit those around us and raise their frequency.

In addition to being "one" with the world, I also began to focus on being "one" with myself. Mentally, I don't know if everyone often feels like they are fighting with themselves. After learning about the "human diagram", I began to learn how to reconcile with myself (which I will explain in detail later). The "human diagram" is just one tool for self-discovery, which complements other tools for self-discovery without conflict. While getting to know who we are, we also need to be "one" with our bodies and nature, listening to our body's needs for food, rest, and treatment. In work, interpersonal relationships, and finances, we also need to be "one", only when our own finances and abilities are in place, can we release ourselves from stress and anxiety and improve ourselves.

The stronger one's mind is, the stronger their ability to manifest.

By the way, I used to think that people with higher spiritual attainment would not have troubles, and they would not be disturbed by trivial matters in life. It turns out that we all face different challenges every day. We can only carry ourselves forward each day with the best method in mind. Remember, the most fundamental aspect of "oneness" is:

Our actions or reactions are not always perfect, and there are many uncertainties in life. We learn to accept and tolerate, and still remain optimistic, striving to progress and face challenges with a positive attitude.
